CUSTOMER CARE
VINTAGE ITEMS
Our vintage items are authentic, with a small selection of modern pieces and a few items that date into the early 1990s. If we know the era an item was produced, we will note it in the description. Our vintage items are not new, and in most cases do show some signs off age.
To open your account,click here. Creating an account allows you to add and delete items from your shopping cart, make purchases, create a wishlist, and sign up for our weekly newsletter that’s full of vintage and new items, looks, store news, discounts, and more.
We accept Visa, Mastercard credit card payments, as well as Paypal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.
All shipping within Monterrey and its Metropolitan Area is free.
SHIPPING | Domestic
We ship within the Mexico via Aeroflash. All orders over $150 USD have free shipping if they do not exceed 11 pounds (5 kilos) and will be delivered in 2-5 business days.
All orders include delivery confirmation and insurance. We recommend signature confirmation for all orders shipped to commercial addresses. Please contact us to request this, and this case we will adjust your invoice to reflect the upgraded shipping rate. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.
Orders are processed Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 12pm PST will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays
We ship within the USA via UPS Expedited. All orders include delivery confirmation and insurance. We recommend signature confirmation for all orders shipped to commercial addresses. We love our overseas customers! If you want to purchase and don’t live in the USA or Mexico, please contact us for your specified shipping.
Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but usually it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Due to the limited nature of these items, all vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories are non-returnable. Our vintage items are pre-worn and may show signs of age. If your item is grossly misrepresented, we will offer a store credit for the full purchase price, including shipping. These rare returns must be postmarked within 72 hours of the original delivery date and shipped via traceable and insured mail. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Please do not purchase vintage items to try on and return, as we provide accurate measurements for each piece. We maintain detailed photos and inspect each item carefully, so please be aware when requesting a return.
All returns must be authorized by NAKED BOUTIQUE . Returns and exchanges for new items are accepted within 14 days for domestic and 21 days for international purchases from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED condition and with all tags attached. Please contact us at info@nakedboutique.com to request a return, and you will be given our return address and instructions. Please note that all sale items 30% off or more are FINAL SALE.

Sizing and Measurements
Vintage sizing and modern sizing are usually very different. Because of this, we provide detailed measurements of all vintage clothing to help you determine whether it will fit correctly. A assesment of the estimated modern size will be noted, as well as any sizes on the tag, but please refer to measurements to best determine fit.
Our one-of-a-kind items are sized but we recommend you refer to the Size Guide for exact measurements.
We DO NOT accept returns for vintage merchandise that does not fit. If you have any questions about our sizing/measurements, please write us at Info@nakedboutique.com
Naked boutique is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information you provide during registration is used to process your orders or to contact you regarding a particular transaction. Naked Boutique guarantees the information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party. We may use your contact information to contact you about new products, features or special promotions. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by logging into your account and opting out of the mailing list.
SECURITY
Naked Boutique uses Paypal to process Credit Card payment. Paypal is in charge of Credit Card security. When you pay with Paypal, the store will neves see the digits of your Credit Card of your Bank Account. Your financial information is secure and you are covered by Paypal’s Buyer Protection Policy against unauthorized payments on your account. Naked Boutique does not receive or hold any account information.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted, naked boutique reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that naked boutique shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, naked boutique shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
